Indiana State University recently selected Indianapolis-based MillerWhite Marketing over four other bidders to lead an effort
to redesign Indiana State University Magazine.
According to ISU officials, MillerWhite was selected over another Indiana firm, a Texas firm and two Washington, D.C., firms,
all of which specialize in higher education marketing.
“This project will significantly redesign and enhance our existing online version of the magazine and accomplish the
transition to an online-only publication,” said Tara Singer, ISU’s assistant vice president for communications
and marketing. “MillerWhite will be developing the back-end programming to tie to the university’s current database,
transitioning the current readership to the eMagazine format, and redesigning the publication.”
The magazine is used to inform ISU employees and students of campus happenings and serves as a recruiting tool for prospective
students.
Bill White, MillerWhite owner, said the ISU account is the latest in a string of new clients his firm has signed. Earlier
this year, MillerWhite signed deals with Eco Parking Lights, an Indianapolis manufacturer; RANAC, an Indianapolis supplier
of health care software; and Acorn Distributors, a locally based regional distributor of food-service and janitorial products.
