The Indiana Pacers have named Clark Kellogg vice president for player relations.

The 48-year-old Kellogg was the Pacers' first-round pick in 1982 and played five seasons before a knee injury caused
him to retire. He averaged 20.1 points and 10.6 rebounds his rookie year, one of just four players in the NBA that season
to average above 20 and 10 in those two categories.

Kellogg is a broadcaster for Pacers and CBS college basketball telecasts. He'll continue his responsibilities with Pacers
TV and as the lead college basketball analyst for CBS. He has been the Pacers television analyst for the last 21 seasons.

Team president Larry Bird calls Kellogg a "tremendous asset for our franchise."
