A small business can absolutely be devastated by the wrong people. We are many times too quick to choose someone without
spending the necessary time and effort to really find out who this person is. Compatibility and the understanding of being
kind to workmates is so important. Your credibility and the perception of your business is often decided by others in your
employ.
