The local Benesch/Dann Pecar law firm has brought aboard three lawyers and a paralegal from Barnes & Thornburg LLP to
bolster its business reorganization practice.
Wendy D. Brewer joins Benesch/Dann Pecar as a partner and will help lead the practice as vice chairwoman under chairman Ray
Lemisch. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring.
Also joining the firm as a partner is Samuel D. Hodson. He has represented both creditors and debtors in several types of
bankruptcies.
Other additions to the practice are associate Krista S. Zorilla and paralegal Erin Thacker Uhl.
In March, the former Dann Pecar Newman & Kleiman PC became part of Cleveland-based Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff
LLP.
It is known as Benesch/Dann Pecar during the transition but will eventually drop the Dann Pecar name.
