Fundraising Results
United Way of Central Indiana received $106,000 from Stanley Security Solutions as a result of its annual United Way campaign.
Down Syndrome Indiana raised over $190, 000 during its 13th annual Buddy Walk.
Gleaners Food Bank received 13,230 pounds of canned goods, dry goods and bottled water, plus $5,000 from Peerless Pump Co.
Grants
Down Syndrome Indiana received $1,500 from the Samerian Foundation.
Gleaners Food Bank received $50,000 from the Kroger Central Division and Kraft Foods.
Seventeen central Indiana organizations received a total of $1.6 million from the Central Indiana Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Seven Indiana organizations received a total of $33,000 from the Indiana Humanities Council.
The Rapunzel Project received $50,000 from Kenra Professional.
