The Indiana AFL-CIO says Monday's rallies are timed to mark the 43rd anniversary of the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr.
The rally at the Statehouse in Indianapolis, scheduled for 2 p.m., is to include United Mine Workers President Cecil Roberts and be in protest of bills that labor leaders say would hurt workers' collective bargaining rights.
Other rallies are set for Monday in Fort Wayne, Jeffersonville, Kokomo and South Bend.
Thousands of union members attended Statehouse protests during the boycott by most House Democrats that ended March 28.
