Economic development officials announced the plans Thursday morning.
Founded in 1996, Blue Ribbon now has 20 employees in Indianapolis who provide clients with third-party logistics services, including warehousing.
The company will begin hiring logistics, information technology, management and accounting associates in August as it completes the move to an existing building near Lawrence.
Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered Blue Ribbon up to $575,000 in performance-based tax credits based on the job-creation plans. Develop Indy will support a property tax abatement request.
