Midwest Hospitality Group adding hotel in Avon
Midwest Hospitality Group has filed plans to build a 73-room, four story Fairfield Inn and Suites in Avon, one of nine hotels the Avon-based company is building.
Midwest Hospitality owns and operates six hotels in Central Indiana, including a Super 8 Motel in Avon. It’s expanding rapidly, adding nine hotels, according to its Web site. Messages left at the company were not immediately returned.
Its new hotels are mainly in Indiana, though the company is also branching out with a Holiday Inn Hotel and Resort near Chicago and a Springhill Suites by Marriott in Sugar Land, Texas.
Its new Avon property will be at 119 Angelina Way in Avon, just northeast of the intersection of State Road 267 and Rockville Road.
