Subscribe NowAuto parts supplier One Solution Logistics of Indiana Inc. will expand its operations in Greensburg, creating as many as 191 jobs as the Honda Motor Co. plant there adds a second shift, state economic development officials announced Friday.
Honda announced its plans for the Decatur County plant in May. It expects to add another 1,000 jobs there by the end of the year.
Greensburg-based One Solution, the sole supplier of parts to the facility about 50 miles southwest of Indianapolis, will begin hiring this month. It already employs 169 full-time workers there.
The company was established in June 2007 to support the Honda manufacturing plant. It opened a 391,500-square-foot facility the following spring.
The plant makes the Honda Civic sedan and the Honda Civic GX natural gas vehicle.
Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered One Solution up to $125,000 in training grants based on the job-creation plans.
