Subscribe NowCripe Architects and Engineers has been named lead consultant on a $2 million project to beautify five Interstate 70 interchanges. Cripe will be hired by Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, which is using a $1 million transportation grant, plus donations from Eli Lilly and Co., to make over the I-70 interchanges between the airport and downtown.
As project manager, Cripe will work with Browning Day Mullins Dierdorf Architects. Both firms are based in Indianapolis.
Other subcontractors who may be involved are Shrewsberry and Associates, also of Indianapolis, for environmental documentation and Terre Haute-based KIVA Structural Engineers.
