Cinnabon will continue baking its signature cinnamon rolls at its second-floor location in Circle Centre mall.

The mall filed suit in late August against Cinnaworks LLC, a franchisee of Atlanta-based Cinnabon, accusing it of failing to pay rent at the downtown Indianapolis shopping center.

But the mall’s attorney on Wednesday filed to voluntarily dismiss the complaint, saying the two sides have resolved the dispute through an out-of-court settlement.

The court filing did not provide any details on the agreement.

Circle Centre is managed by Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group Inc.

Anaheim, Calif.-based Cinnaworks signed its current 10-year lease with the mall on Sept. 28, 2005, and occupies 1,272 square feet near the Artsgarden.
