IU President Michael McRobbie was set to preside over the dedication of the school's new Cyberinfrastructure Building Wednesday at the IU Technology Park East in Bloomington.
IU says the $37 million building will be home to more than 600 information technology staff members.
The building is IU's "greenest," featuring solar panels and grounds landscaped for water capture, along with an employee bicycle garage. The 123,000-square-foot building includes open space office designs, teleconferencing areas and seating designed to encourage work throughout the building.
