Fortunately, a new eyebrows-raising business at Indianapolis International Airport, Simply Eyebrows, is beyond security checkpoints, at Concourse B.
The boutique-style store opened this month, serving men and women wanting eyelashes or brow-shaping.
The Chicago-based firm opened its first store in Indianapolis in 2008 and now has two here, one on North Keystone Avenue and another on Pendleton Pike. It has expanded to nine states in the last three years.
Earlier this year, Indianapolis International Airport earned three first-place awards for its concessions programs as part of an annual competition by Airport Revenue News, the trade bible for the airport dining and concessions sector.
More recently, ARN named Indianapolis Airport Authority CEO John D. Clark III airport director of the year for airports with fewer than 4 million annual boarding passengers, for achievements including retail revenue generation.
