The CIB issue has several aspects, many of which have been well documented by IBJ.
One person
who was mentioned [in the May 18 issue] is CIB Executive Director Barney Levengood. Barney has had to make a lot of tough,
fiscally responsible decisions in every project he has been connected with, including the building of Victory Field. When
all was said and done, we ended up with the best minor-league ballpark in America.
