of primarily residential real estate offices.
The merger will give Keller Williams, which entered the local market five years ago, a foothold in
Hamilton County, where Brenwick Realty has been responsible for selling property in Brenwick Development’s
Village of WestClay.
The
Hamilton County office will be Keller William’s seventh in Indiana. Six of those are in the Indianapolis area. The seventh
is in Lafayette.
Adopting
the Keller Williams name should help the former Brenwick office add agents, Brenwick Development CEO George Sweet
said in a prepared statement.
Cindy Cherf, who leads Keller William’s Indianapolis Metro North office, said her firm plans to add 20 agents to the new office
by the end of the year without transferring agents from other offices.
She said the new Keller Williams office also will handle commercial real estate transactions.
