Indiana Community Bancorp, 501 Washington St., Columbus, Ind., 47201, is the holding company for Indiana Bank & Trust Co. The bank, founded in 1903, has 20 branch offices in central and southeastern Indiana, including three in Indianapolis. The company’s website is www.myindianabank.com. In the first nine months of 2011, Indiana Community Bancorp lost $3.6 million, or $1.33 a share. Indiana Community Bancorp shares trade on NASDAQ under the ticker INCB.
