As a subscriber you can listen to articles at work, in the car, or while you work out. Subscribe NowColor-Box Inc., a unit of the Georgia-Pacific paper company, will close its Indianapolis manufacturing facility in March, costing 74 workers their jobs.
The company, which designs and makes corrugated boxes for a variety of clients, notified the state Department of Workforce Development of the March 10 closing late last week.
Color-Box also employs more than 300 workers in Richmond; that facility will continue operating.
The Indianapolis plant is located at 5645 W. 82nd St.
