The firm officially formed in early January following the announcement of a merger between Indianapolis-based Bingham McHale LLP and Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC of Louisville.
Solada, 54, chairs the Indianapolis office’s real estate practice. She is a 1982 graduate of the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis and earned her undergraduate degree from IU in 1978.
Solada takes over as managing partner from W. Tobin McClamroch, who held the position since 2004. He becomes co-chairman of Bingham Greenebaum’s firm-wide management committee.
Bingham Greenebaum has offices in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Louisville and Lexington, Ky., in addition to Jasper and Vincennes.
