The choir members will be conducted by ICC founder Henry Leck and Assistant Artistic Director Joshua Pedde.
Clarkson, the very first "American Idol" winner and a Grammy award recipient, had already been announced as the singer of "The Star-Spangled Banner."
The opportunity will provide major exposure for the choir, which was founded 26 years ago. Last year's Super Bowl was watched by a record 111 million people.
Leck and Pedde have conducted the ICC at other major sporting events, including NCAA Final Four games and the Indy 500 Festival, the choir said.
