Heritage-Crystal Clean planned to complete the project on West 10th Street in mid-2012, but moved up the construction schedule by several months. The company ended up investing $54 million in what was initially announced as a $40 million project.
CEO Joe Chalhoub said he expects to be running at full capacity by 2013.
