Attorney Mario Massillamany said Nettles answered questions for more than four hours Thursday in West Virginia in a deposition over the deadly Aug. 13 stage collapse caused by high winds. He said Bush's deposition began Friday morning.

Sugarland spokesman Allan Mayer said Nettles and Bush "never told anyone not to delay the concert because of the weather." And he says they're eager to "get to the bottom" of the tragedy.
