The manufacturer has hired Indianapolis-based Browning/Duke Realty to build the "logistics headquarters" on 26 acres of land in AllPoints Midwest industrial park. The facility should be completed this year. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Regal Beloit, a maker of electric motors, motion controls and power-generation products, currently leases a 220,000-square-foot warehouse in Indianapolis on West Hanna Avenue.
