Republic Airways Holdings Inc. said Friday that it had agreed on a three-year deal with casino giant Caesars Entertainment Corp. to operate five Embraer E190 aircraft that will provide more than 1,500 flights each year for Caesars' customers.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Indianapolis-based Republic, which uses regional jets to feed traffic to major airlines, said it will start providing the flights in January.

Certain Caesars guests who participate in the company's rewards program may qualify for special reduced rates, vacation packages and additional rewards on flights to company resorts, the companies said.

Republic shares slipped 14 cents, to $4.66 each, in midday trading Friday, while Las Vegas-based Caesars shares lost 10 cents, to $5.94.
