Indianapolis law firm Clark Quinn Moses Scott & Grahn LLP is adding a public affairs division to its legal practice with the hiring of veteran lobbyist Michael Leppert.
He will serve as president of newly created Clark Quinn Public Affairs, starting Jan. 1.
Leppert is a former executive director of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and has been a contract governmental and public affairs consultant in Indianapolis since 2002.
The firm has 13 lawyers and traces its roots to 1945.
