The chain reaction started after a fire truck was hit by a passing car. Investigators say yesterday’s snow was an obvious factor, and some drivers were going too fast for the conditions. Two of the victims have been identified as Anderson construction utility workers Dustin Goettman, 27, and Ryan Phillips, 28. They were riding in the same truck when the accident happened. A third person in an SUV died at the hospital. That person’s name has not yet been released.
