Grants
Ivy Tech Community College was given $100,000 by Ingram Micro Inc. to support the supplemental instruction services offered by the college’s student resource center.
Fourteen central Indiana programs, including seven in the Indianapolis metro area, received grants totaling $1.3 million from Komen Central Indiana to provide breast cancer health outreach, services and treatment.
Twelve not-for-profit organizations including Indiana Landmarks, IUPUI Collections Care Fair, Vonnegut Memorial Library and the Athenaeum Foundation, received nearly $21,000 in grants from Indiana Humanities to conduct and create humanities-based programs.
