Subscribe NowCarmel officials are expected to vote tonight on a controversial plan to spend $20 million on a plan to turn six intersections along Keystone Avenue into roundabouts. The original price tag for the project was $90 million, but Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard later called for an additional $50 million to fund the construction. Tonight, the council will consider spending the $20 million just to keep the project moving while other funding options are explored. Fox 59 News will have more at 10 p.m.
