Business owners tonight have a chance to weigh in on a project that would rebuild a portion of Interstate 465 on the west side of Indianapolis. The meeting will deal with the section from the Sam Jones Expressway to the 21st Street overpass. The project will take about two years to finish and is expected to cost just under $130 million. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. at the Ben Davis Ninth Grade Center, 1150 N. Girls School Road.
