Supporters rally for graduated driver’s license-WEB ONLY

Supporters of new driver’s license requirements for teenagers are holding a rally today at the Indiana Statehouse. They’re trying to encourage lawmakers to pass Senate Bill 16, which is designed to help lower the number of deaths among teens involved in car accidents. The bill would ban teens from using cell phones while driving. It would also increase the minimum age requirements for learner’s permits and driver’s licenses.
