Cintrifuse, a Cincinnati fund-of-funds, has pushed Allos’ fund to “just over $40 million,” said Don Aquilano, managing director for the Carmel fund.
He would not reveal the exact amount.
Allos closed its latest round of funding in February. Aquilano said Cintrifuse expressed interest in contributing but it had not finished its own fundraising at the time.
The fund, so far, has invested $7 million in Indianapolis-based Blue Pillar, which develops software that manages buildings’ energy systems.
Allos has selected a second beneficiary but not publicly unveiled who it is, Aquilano said.•
