Angie's List Inc. will have a full-time chief financial officer for the first time since March, the Indianapolis-based company announced Wednesday.

Thomas Fox will start Sept. 24, the consumer-review service said. Fox was the senior director of business planning and operations for Nokia, one of the world's biggest mobile phone companies.

Fox also has served in investment banking and asset management, and had worked for the U.S. navigation-software marker Navteq, which Nokia acquired.

Angie's List announced in March that former CFO Robert R. Millard would leave his position at the end of the month, less than two years after he joined the company. Controller Charles Hundt has been serving as interim CFO.

Angie's List provides online access to business ratings and reviews. Its members review companies that provide services for their homes, yards and cars, as well as health care providers.

Shares of Angie's List were down 34 cents, to $21.09 each, Wednesday morning. The company's stock had soared more than 78 percent so far this year, as of Tuesday's close.
