The Indianapolis-based digital marketer developed a program called Active Audiences, which lets companies better tailor advertisements to individual customers as they scroll around the social network.
Facebook liked the idea enough that ExactTarget won the social media giant’s Preferred Marketing Developer Innovation Competition.
Active Audiences is still in beta testing. But it is expected to roll out publicly in early 2014.
