The Indianapolis-based franchisor of Noble Roman's Pizza and Tuscano's Italian Style Subs said Thursday that it earned $427,116, or 2 cents per share, in the latest quarter after making $341,202, or 2 cents per share, last year.
Revenue rose to $1.93 million, up 10.8 percent compared to last year.
The company said it has entered into agreements to open 45 stand-alone take-n-bake pizza locations. So far, 16 have opened since October 2012, and 29 are expected to open over the next several months.
Noble Roman's stock fell 4 cents Thursday before earnings were announced, to $1.40 per share.
