StrataBlue is looking to fill positions such as social media account managers and account executives, said CEO Henry Bestritsky. Jobs will pay $30,000 to $60,000 plus benefits, including profit sharing.
About 15 people currently work for the company.
StrataBlue also is looking for higher-ranking managers, such as a sales director and operations manager, to work in the home office at 238 S. Meridian St. as the company tries to develop a national presence, Bestritsky said last week. Its targets for out-of-state business include the New York area.
The firm incorporated in 2010 as Dream System Solutions, a social media marketing agency that mostly works with restaurants and retailers. It changed names earlier this month to StrataBlue after adding cloud solutions and analytics to its existing marketing services.
Bestritsky recently took over the top job at StrataBlue to steer it into the areas of business. He was most recently a co-CEO of Binary Tree, a New Jersey-based data-migration software firm. He took over day-to-day operations from StrataBlue founder Slava Vidomanets, who remains with the firm.
