The company partnered with local developer Loftus Robinson Development to renovate the property, which included the addition of a second story.
Even with the second level, taking the building to 11,200 square feet, it’s still smaller than Rowland’s former space of 17,000 square feet. But the firm’s move enables it to tailor the space to better meet its needs, Eric Rowland, a firm principal, told IBJ last spring when the project was announced. Rowland’s mother, Sally, founded Rowland Design in 1968.
Rowland Design specializes in architecture, interior design and graphic design.
