A forensic anthropologist will work on identifying charred remains found in a Morgan County woods over the weekend. Police think they belong to Walter Sartory, 73, who was last seen Feb. 15 in Hebron, Ky. On Saturday, police arrested Willa Blanc, 47, of Union, Ky., and her son, Louis Wilkinson, 27, at a Cincinnati-area motel. Investigators believe the two dismembered the missing man’s body and burned it.
