The 3,700-square-foot branch on the northeast corner of State Road 37 and 131st Street in Fishers joins an Indianapolis loan production office that opened in 2006 and a regional headquarters at 96th and Meridian streets that opened three years ago.
The Fishers branch is the 46th for Lake City and is on the site of a former golf course that was slated for a water park before the economic downturn. A stone’s throw away is a new Walmart grocery store.
The 140-year-old Lake City has assets of $3.2 billion and is a subsidiary of Lakeland Financial Corp.
