Mike Speedy [Jan. 20 Forefront] needs to travel more. Mass transit in Indianapolis is a social program because IndyGo is underfunded. It is not a social program in other cities. It is a viable means of daily commute for citizens from all walks of life.
As to his hypothesis that mountains, rivers and the sun create population density, I say again, Mr. Speedy, you need to get out more.
