Jeff Hagerman will leave the position of president to become chairman of The Hagerman Group, as well as its operational companies, Hagerman Inc. and Hagerman Construction Corp.
Miller left the chamber after less than two years as president, citing an interest to pursue more entrepreneurial interests.
He was replaced by Michael Huber in August.
“Scott Miller brings to us a wealth of experience in business economics as well as operational growth,” Jeff Hagerman said in a prepared statement. “We are fortunate to be adding Scott to our team, and look forward to continued success and focused growth.”
Hagerman Group, founded in 1908, has offices in Fort Wayne and Fishers.
