The $42 million project, dubbed Lift, is in the midtown district of Oklahoma City and calls for 329 units in a four- and five-story building. The development also includes 4,700 square feet of commercial space and a 445-space parking garage.
The first units should be available next summer.
“Midtown is a thriving neighborhood, and Lift will add much-needed housing and help to create the critical mass to ensure the long-term vitality of that area,” said Terry Hughes, vice president of development for Milhaus, in a prepared statement.
Outside the Indianapolis area, Milhaus also has started construction on a mixed-use project in downtown Cincinnati called Gantry. It features 129 units in three buildings and 8,000 square feet of retail space. The first units are expected to be ready early next year.
Milhaus’ local projects include Artistry, The Mozzo and Solana Apartments at the Crossing in Indianapolis and Penn Circle in Carmel.
