A joint venture between developers Browning Investments Inc. and Duke Realty Corp. announced July 15 that Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Kenco, a third-party logistics provider, has taken the remaining 257,000 square feet.
Kenco follows Pittsburgh-based General Nutrition Centers as the only two tenants of the building. GNC agreed in November to take 342,840 square feet.
Tenants occupying the three other finished buildings in the 600-acre industrial park in Whitestown include Amazon.com, Express Scripts and Weaver Popcorn Co. When completed, AllPoints at Anson will have 20 buildings totaling 8.1 million square feet.
