Paul F. Smith, who has spent the past 22 years as real estate manager for the city of Indianapolis, will assume his new duties Oct. 20, the southeast-side community development corporation announced Monday.
Smith succeeds Darrell Unsworth, who is retiring. Overall, Smith brings 38 years of financial management and real estate and neighborhood development experience to SEND.
Founded in 1983, SEND serves the southeast-side area anchored by the Fountain Square neighborhood.
