Marquette Manor receives financing for expansion-WEB ONLY

Indianapolis retirement community Marquette Manor announced this morning that it has secured $66 million in financing for an expansion project that should be completed next spring.

Located on Township Line Road on the northwest side, Marquette Manor was built in 1981 and has about 500 residents.

The expansion that started a year ago features a four-story luxury apartment building called The Terraces at Marquette. It will include 48 units and underground parking. An aquatic center, fitness facility, bistro with outdoor dining, performing-arts center, chapel and pub lounge also are part of the project.
 
Marquette Manor received the loan from Branch Banking & Trust Co. in Winston-Salem, N.C.
