The governor's office said Denny Darrow began work Monday as director for the Indiana State Personnel Department.
Darrow joined the agency in December of 2010 and previously served as its deputy director and chief of staff. As chief of staff, he led day-to-day operations of the agency and implemented a wellness initiative and the state's first employee health clinic.
The 1992 Purdue University graduate has more than 17 years' experience in human resources and previously worked at Thomson Consumer Electronics and the Indiana Department of Correction.
