Element Three Inc., a fast-growing Indianapolis-based marketing agency, announced plans Tuesday to expand its headquarters, creating up to 37 jobs by the end of 2024.
The nine-year-old company said it plans to spend $881,000 to add space at The Pyramids office park on the city's north side, where it already occupies two floors.
Element Three, which now employs 39 full-time local workers, said it has begun hiring copywriters, art directors and designers.
Element Three was featured this month in IBJ's Fast 25 feature, ranking 10th among the fastest-growing companies in the area. The firm reported $5.1 million in revenue in 2014, a 114-percent increase over three years.
The agency offers services such as brand development, marketing strategy and creative implementation. Its clients have included Allied Automation, Ontario Systems, Miller Pipeline, Newmar and Riverpark.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. said it offered Element Three up to $600,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $30,000 in training grants based on the job-creation plans.
