For a detailed table of recent housing sales activity, click here.

Sales were a little slower in September than in September of last year–down 6.8 percent, said F.C. Tucker Co. President Jim Litten. But year to date, sales are still up 7.9 percent and sales this month are on track to be higher than the same period last year. Historically, the residential business starts to fall off in the fall through the beginning of the year. But Litten expects sales to be even stronger next year.•
