A child struck by lightning early this morning on the south side of Indianapolis has died. Jeremiah Miller, 10, and his father, Jeremy Miller, were camping at Mike’s Southport Fishing Lakes, 4141 West Southport Road, and were hit while heading to their car for shelter. Jeremiah suffered burns to his torso and died after being rushed to Community Hospital South. His father also was injured. Fox 59 will have more at 10 p.m.
