Below are Indianapolis-area mergers and acquisitions that closed in 2015 for which financial details were not available.

The list excludes the most-talked-about deal of the year—Indianapolis-based Anthem Inc.’s proposed $54 billion purchase of Connecticut-based Cigna Corp. That’s because the acquisition, announced in July, isn’t expected to close until the second half of 2016. Also pending is the merger between Michigan-based Dow Chemical Corp., parent of Indianapolis-based Dow AgroSciences, and Delaware-based DuPont Co. That deal is expected to close by the end of this year.

• Indianapolis-based Equian LLC on Jan. 22 acquired Colorado-based The Assist Group Inc.

• Indianapolis-based Dow AgroSciences LLC on Jan. 30 acquired Brazil-based Coodetec.

• Indianapolis-based August Mack Environmental Inc. on Feb. 11 acquired Bloomington-based Pratter Environmental Services Inc.

• Carmel-based Telamon Corp. on Feb. 23 acquired Rolling Meadows, Illinois-based Rizzo Consulting Inc.

• Boonville-based A-FAB LLC on Feb. 24 acquired Brownsburg-based Competition Suspension Inc.

• Carmel-based WCA Group LLC in late February acquired Carmel-based Williams Comfort Air and Mr. Plumber, Cincinnati-based Thomas & Galbraith Heating Cooling and Plumbing, and Louisville-based Jarboe’s Plumbing Heating and Cooling.

• Indianapolis-based Eagle Creek Aviation on March 25 acquired Zionsville-based Montgomery Aviation Inc.

• Indianapolis-based Office 360 in April acquired South Bend-based Commercial Office Products & Supply Inc.

• Indianapolis-based Miller Pipeline Corp. on May 8 acquired North Carolina-based A&B Trenching Co. Inc.

• Pittsburgh-based Maxim Crane Works on May 15 acquired the crane services division of Indianapolis-based Poindexter Transportation Inc.

• Carmel-based KAR Auction Services subsidiary ADESA from March through June acquired five businesses for a total of $125 million: Pittsburgh Auto Auction of New Stanton, Pennsylvania; MobilTrac LLC of San Diego, California; DataScan Field Services of Alpharetta, Georgia; AutoNiq LLC of Middleburg, Virginia; and HBC Vehicle Services of Canvey Island, England.

• Hammond, Louisiana-based Worley Claims Services on July 30 acquired Fishers-based NCA Group Inc.

• Carmel-based Allegion PLC on Sept. 1 acquired New York-based Zero International.

• Indianapolis-based Pacers Sports & Entertainment on Sept. 9 acquired Fort Wayne-based Fort Wayne Basketball Group, parent of the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBA’s Development League.

• Indianapolis-based OneAmerica Financial Partners Inc. on Sept. 30 acquired Milwaukee-based BMO Financial Group’s U.S. retirement services business.

• Bagsvaerd, Denmark-based Novo Nordisk A/S in October acquired Carmel-based Calibrium LLC and MB2LLC.

• Los Angeles-based CBRE Group Inc. on Nov. 2 acquired Indianapolis-based Sitehawk Retail Real Estate.

• Indianapolis-based Braden Business Systems Inc. on Nov. 10 acquired Indianapolis-based DAST Consulting LLC.

• Seattle-based Colliers International on Dec. 1 acquired Indianapolis-based Summit Realty Group.

• Indianapolis-based Katz Sapper & Miller LLP on Dec. 1 acquired Fort Wayne-based Krouse Kern & Co.

• Indianapolis-based MPI Corp. on Dec. 2 acquired Indianapolis-based C.H. Ellis Co.
