The Indiana Department of Workforce Development has posted the plan at www.in.gov/dwd/2540.htm. It invites the public to submit comments to stateplan@dwd.IN.gov. The U.S. Department of Labor requires all states to revamp their strategies and describe how they plan to use federal funds under the Workforce Investment Act and this year’s American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
