All quadrants of the housing market are strong, said F.C. Tucker Co. President Jim Litten. “The only market I’m seeing still not robust is the $1 million-plus market. It’s still a little soft,” he said. And with inventory relatively low, it’s becoming a seller’s market. “I don’t see anything that’s going to negatively impact housing,” Litten said. “The economy is strong.”•
Households with children
Nearly 30 percent of Indiana households include children. That percentage is higher in central Indiana’s wealthier counties but the same or slightly lower in Marion, Madison and Shelby counties.•
